Roughly my cake looks like this

LolliCake Recipe

Ingredient:

A cake
*You may use what ever cake you want. You can make a simple cake or buy it.*
250 gm of chocolate paste
Colorful chocolate
Sprinkles

Method:

Break your cake.

Make it as crumbs.

Put in chocolate paste.

Mix them well till it does not stick to your hand.

Begin to make the balls. Take a bit of the cake mixture and roll it into a smooth ball.
Repeat until you've used up all the mixture. As each sheet fills up, put it in the refrigerator. Melt chocolate or white chocolate in a double boiler on the stove.

Take lollipop stick and dip about 1cm into the melt chocolate and insert it to the bottom of the cupcake. Put it in the fridge for 1 hour *or freezer for 15-20 minutes* so that the balls harden.

While cupcake shapes are chilling, begin to heat up your chocolate bark. Melt pink and blue chocolate. After you are ready to dip, take out the balls and dip each ball into the chocolate until covered. Place a candy-coated chocolate in the center of each and top with sprinkles. Place the stick on a Styrofoam square. Let it dry completely. Don't refrigerate these; it will cause the coating to weep or melt. They can be frozen, however.

Enjoy! (^_^)v

Resepi Biskut Dahlia

BAHAN-BAHAN:

300 g mentega
150 gm gula icing
2 kuning telur
1 camca teh esen vanila
240 g tepung gandum
100 g tepung jagung
160 g tepung kastard
Ceri merah, dipotong kecil untuk hiasan
(atau apa saja yang uols rasa menarik. Untuk entry sebelum ni saya letak manik-manik)

CARA:

Ayak tepung gandum, tepung jagung dan tepung kastard.

Putar mentega dan gula aising hingga berkrim, masukkan kuning telur dan esen vanilla dan putar hingga kembang.

Perlahankan speed, masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit hingga habis. Adunan akan menjadi doh yang lembut dan mudah ditekan. Masa ni bila dah banyak tepung diletakkan, mixer tu akan semput. So saya guna tangan lepas tu untuk uli.

Jangan panas-panas lagi uols dah usik-usik. Nanti berderai sebab biskut dahlia ni rapuh sikit.

Dan rasanya alhamdulillah sedap. Tak berenti ngko makan. Mahu habis sebalang tengok movie.

Selamat mencuba (^_^)v

Biskut Dahlia

Biskut Dahlia. Baru buat ni. Tapi bentuknya tak berapa nak jadi sangat. Tapi ok la for the first try kan. It is taste good. Hihi.. We don't have cherries but we replace it with beads.

Ok la untuk raya kan. Kemain lenguh tangan nak buat biskut ni.. Hehe.

Recipe will be updated later.

Thank you. Enjoy.

Pancake

Pancake ni benda paling senang nak buat. Tapi masa saya buat ni saya buat anggaran sendiri je. Tak ikut sukatan betul pun. Buat pancake untuk sarapan atau tea-time mmg best. Kalau ade maple syrup lagi best. Tak pun coklat Hershes tu. Memang marvellous.

There are 2 methods to make pancake.

Ingredients:
180gm Flour
2 eggs
200ml Milk
2 tbsp Sugar
A pinch of salt
1/2tsp baking powder
1tbsp or 2tbsp of Honey *it is ok if you don't put honey*

Method 1:
Mixed all the ingredient together. If it is too thick, add milk. Ad if it is too thin, add flour. Considered also sugar. Don't put too much sugar if you have maple syrup.
Pour a huge tablespoon and leave for a while until bubbles burst and form tiny holes. Flip over and brown the other side.

Method 2:
Put together flour, salt and baking powder. Separate the egg yolks and egg white. Beat the egg white till fluffy. Mix the egg yolk and milk.
Then add milk with flour and stir. Add egg white.
Pour a huge tablespoon and leave for a while until bubbles burst and form tiny holes. Flip over and brown the other side.

Have a good try! (^_^)
